A long-running USA lawsuit over the alleged infringement of Henrob’s patents by Böllhoff, BMW and others has been settled to Henrob’s satisfaction. Henrob made an interim settlement with BMW in 2006 agreeing not to seek an injunction against BMW. The final outcome of the lawsuit was concluded in May 2010.
